Position Objective Lead, coordinate, and optimize daily store operations to ensure achievement of sales targets, adherence to customer service standards, and profitability, while ensuring proper inventory management. Duties and Responsibilities * Manage store assets to ensure profitability. * Prospect customers in the field and via digital channels. * Attend to and advise customers on the sales floor. * Implement initiatives focused on achieving commercial goals. * Collections and invoicing. * Perform cash closing and submit reports. * Inventory control, order placement, and goods receipt. * Supervise staff and report incidents. * Overall coordination of daily branch operations. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar roles (management, store supervisor, or supervision). * Completed high school diploma (a partially or fully completed bachelor’s degree is preferred). * Basic computer and point-of-sale system proficiency. * Experience managing personnel. * Strong verbal communication skills and enthusiasm for sales. * Organizational skills and results orientation. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. * Integrity, leadership, and service-oriented attitude.
