Assist with dining room or kitchen operations. **Full Job Description** General Objective: Perform cleaning and disinfection of furniture and physical facilities in each restaurant area using appropriate cleaning techniques and materials to ensure optimal hygiene and disinfection conditions that guarantee the safety of customers and staff. Job Responsibilities: * Perform and maintain cleaning in assigned areas, complying with established procedures and policies. * Use chemicals correctly, adhering to supplier instructions. * Record completed cleaning tasks in the corresponding logs. * Use provided supplies responsibly and correctly. * Properly manage restaurant waste (general trash). * Conduct shift handover\-takeover, reviewing outstanding cleaning tasks. * Request cleaning materials and products at the start of each shift. * Wear personal protective equipment. * Communicate with maintenance staff regarding repairs of accessories (desks, chairs, etc.) or services (water, electricity, etc.) and facilities. * Maintain communication with various departments to fulfill all related activities. * Support dining room or kitchen operations as required. * Attend training courses designated by the restaurant. * Actively participate in emergency protocols, Facility Safety System brigades, and scheduled drills. * Perform all functions inherent to the scope of this role.
