Support for IT department activities **AGENCIA COAPA is seeking a SYSTEMS ASSISTANT** AGENCIA COAPA invites you to join our team and broaden your experience in the following responsibilities: **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure uninterrupted system operation * Provide user support * Analyze system-related issues * Provide support to users and the system * Assist with IT department-related activities **We Offer:** * Base salary: $12,000 gross per month + commissions. * Statutory benefits. * Internal benefits. **Requirements:** * Education: Bachelor's degree in Systems. * Additional studies or knowledge: Basic knowledge of administration, GDS system, writing, spelling, Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), databases, and telephone handling. * Proficiency in using company-issued computers and mobile phones for appointments. * Skills: Strong verbal communication, customer service orientation, initiative, organizational ability, teamwork, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving capability. * Experience: Minimum 1 year in an automotive agency. * Other requirements: Professional appearance, responsibility, punctuality, positive attitude, and proactivity. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday: 09:00–18:00 hrs. * Saturday: 09:30–13:00 hrs. * Sunday: Day off.
