Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station **What We Seek?** * Minimum 2 years of experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (graduated or near graduation) * 1–2 years of payroll administration experience for 250–300 employees, including receipt, control, and review of payroll incidents; payroll review (ISR, IMSS contributions, Infonavit deductions); calculation and preparation of: ISN, Fonacot, IMSS variability, bonuses, occupational risk, vacations, disability, etc. * 1–2 years handling settlements and severance payments, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), PTU (Profit Sharing), credit calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot) * 1–2 years conducting tax reconciliations: Tax determination and filing, and Worker–Employer Contribution reporting.
