Four blocks from Polanco Metro Station. **What We’re Looking For?** * Minimum 2 years of experience as: Accounting Analyst, Accounting Assistant, Payroll Specialist, or Payroll Assistant. * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration (graduated or near graduation). * 1–2 years of experience administering payroll for 250–300 employees, including receipt, control, and review of payroll incidents; payroll review (ISR, IMSS contributions, Infonavit); calculation and preparation of ISN, Fonacot, IMSS variability, bonus calculations, occupational risk, vacation pay, disability allowances, etc. * 1–2 years of experience in payroll settlements and severance payments, Christmas bonus (aguinaldo), PTU (Profit Sharing), and credit calculations (Infonavit, Fovissste, Fonacot). * 1–2 years of tax reconciliations: Tax determination and filing, and Worker-Employer contribution reporting.
