A leading automotive industry company, due to the launch of new projects, is seeking personnel for the position of SERVICE ADVISOR / UNIT CONTROL **JOB OBJECTIVE** Manage vehicle intake, diagnosis, tracking, control, and delivery, ensuring compliance with internal processes. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** Receive vehicles in the workshop, perform inventory checks, and capture photographic evidence upon intake. Prepare technical diagnoses in coordination with the Operations Department. Generate quotations based on the diagnosis and costs provided by the Purchasing Department. Maintain a vehicle tracking log, updating status and delivery dates. Compile and submit billing packages as requested. **KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS** Basic/intermediate knowledge of automotive mechanics. Quotation preparation and administrative control. Organization, process tracking, and customer service. Basic proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. 1–2 years of experience in automotive workshops, dealerships, or service centers.
