Position Summary: We are seeking a Veterinary Operations Supervisor to lead consultations, supervise staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage daily operations at Farmacias Similares. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and supervise veterinary operations and medical staff 2. Ensure compliance with current health regulations and service quality 3. Participate in medical brigades and train veterinary personnel At Farmacias Similares, we are looking for a: **VETERINARY OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide first-level veterinary consultations. * Supervise medical staff and daily operations. * Ensure compliance with current health regulations. * Manage permits with authorities. * Verify the establishment's sanitary conditions. * Train veterinary personnel. * Participate in medical brigades. * Control regulatory reports and forms. * Implement actions to increase services and foot traffic. **KNOWLEDGE** * Official Veterinary Health Regulations. * SENASICA * Veterinary medical consultations and management of small animal species. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine and Animal Science *(Graduated and licensed)*. * 1–2 years of experience. * Availability for fieldwork and travel. **WE OFFER** * Statutory benefits and above. * Direct employment by the company. **WORK SCHEDULE AND MODALITY:** * Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexible hours, on-site. **WORK LOCATION:** * CDMX, Benito Juárez.
