Key Responsibilities: * Supervise warehouse shipments and movements * Ensure inventory accuracy * Coordinate staff and support their development * Track audits and cycle counts * Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement Requirements: * Industrial Engineering or related degree * Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience and team leadership * Intermediate/Advanced English * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing applied to Materials Control * Experience with APICS/ASCM and inventory control methodologies * WMS proficiency (SAP, Oracle, Manhattan, etc.) * Strong understanding of KPIs Skills: ✔ Effective communication and negotiation ✔ Critical and analytical thinking ✔ Organization and time management ✔ Resilience and teamwork ✔ Results orientation Position Objectives: ✔ 98% inventory accuracy ✔ Zero accidents ✔ Zero audit findings ✔ Zero scrap due to expiration Dentsply Sirona is an equal opportunity employer.
