Participation in the implementation of new technologies **Job Description:** The IT analyst will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the company's systems, infrastructure, and technological resources, working on maintenance, support, continuous improvement, and implementation of technological solutions that support business operations and objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support to users (Level 1\) * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of systems and equipment * Support system and new technology implementation projects * Manage access, permissions, and information security policies * Document processes, procedures, and technical solutions * Respond to and resolve IT incidents and problems * Interact with technology and service vendors **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields * Knowledge of Windows environments * Basic knowledge of networking, infrastructure, and information security * Ability to diagnose and resolve technology issues * Experience with cloud computing (Azure) will be considered a plus Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $20,000\.00 \- $22,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Major medical expense insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Company-provided mobile phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave * Grocery vouchers Work Location: Remote
