Job Summary: We are seeking a temporary IT Assistant to cover a medical leave, with experience in technical support, server and network administration, and hardware and software management. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support and system administration experience. 2. Database and CCTV system management skills. 3. Knowledge of computer networks and operating systems. TEMPORARY IT ASSISTANT TO COVER MEDICAL LEAVE VACANCIES AT TORREÓN 1 PLANT (MIELERAS) AND CHÁVEZ (Fco. I. Madero) **Experience in:** * Technical support. * Server and network administration (basic\~intermediate level). * Experience in hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance. * Experience in commercial software installation and configuration. * Database management (SQL, Visual FoxPro). * Knowledge of CCTV system administration. * Experience in helpdesk/service desk and ticket management. **Technical Skills** * Understanding of computer networks (DHCP, DNS, Active Directory). * Basic\~intermediate knowledge of file servers, backup, virtualization, and SAN. * Microsoft SQL Server and basic programming concepts (C\#, ASP.NET). * Operating systems: Windows, Android, and iOS. * Hardware: PCs, laptops, printers, projectors. * Telephony and telecommunications (basic). * Basic electrical concepts and multimeter usage.
