DESCRIPTION **Eosol** is seeking a **Junior Cost and Budget Engineer** with **1–3 years of experience** in cost control and budget preparation for construction or engineering projects. The candidate will be responsible for supporting project cost analysis, monitoring, and control, contributing to proper financial management and budgetary compliance. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Support in preparing budgets and construction estimates * Analyze unit costs and pricing databases * Track actual versus budgeted costs * Support preparation of financial reports and forecasts * Participate in change order control and estimations * Maintain up-to-date project cost information * Coordinate with construction, procurement, and planning departments ### **Requirements:** * 1–3 years of experience in cost and budgeting * Knowledge of unit price analysis * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Proficiency in **Opus (Paper) required** * Analytical ability and attention to detail * Teamwork and strong communication skills ### **Desirable:** * Experience with Neodata * Experience in construction or industrial projects * Knowledge of project control * Intermediate English
