Transform deviations and impacts into concrete actions and results International Card Services – Strategic Planning \- This Analyst position will play a crucial role in identifying and leveraging opportunities to optimize processes and improve quality and operational efficiency on Consumer and SBS credit and service cards. This position is designed for an ambitious and proactive professional, with a clear objective to become a reference within the organization, capable of transforming deviations and impacts into concrete actions and tangible results. **Minimum Qualifications:** * Proven analytical skills, ability to consolidate and storytelling to director and managers, for value insights drilling action to improve revenue. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Passion, energy, personal accountability, and a desire to learn and grow. * High level of integrity when handling confidential information. * Demonstrated ability to learn quickly with a willingness to continuously improve. * Active listening skills, summarization skills and lateral thinking to uncover and react to emerging opportunities. * Ability to work well under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and make decisions quickly and effectively. * Ability to learn quickly and work independently. * Good Programming skills are a must. * Excellent problem formulation and solving skills. * Python (Pyspark, pandas). * SQL (SQL server, Postgre SQL, MySQL). * Excel expert. * Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively. * Previous experience in analysis and process improvement roles, preferably in the financial services sector. * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a results\-oriented approach. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, industrial engineering, or related fields. * **Preferred Qualifications:** * Tableau, Tableau Prep. * Resilient. * Proven track record of driving results in a fast\-paced, multi\-dimensional environment. * Strong project management skills. * Ability to create clarity in ambiguous situations. * Strong verbal and written communication skills.
