Join our family as: **Deputy HR Manager** **Job Description** The Deputy HR Manager is responsible for supervising and executing personnel operational processes within the store, ensuring compliance with labor relations, payroll processing, and talent development, with a strong focus on employee service and the retail business model. **Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Human Resources areas, preferably in self-service or retail environments. * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations, or related field. * **Availability:** Retail schedule (Monday through Saturday). * **Technical Knowledge:** * Recruitment and selection. * Labor relations and employee support. * Attendance incident management (absences, overtime, vacations). * Payroll calculation and data entry. * Preparation of termination settlements. * IMSS procedures (registrations, cancellations, salary modifications). * Training control and onboarding courses. **Required Skills** * Problem-solving. * Collaborative teamwork. * Process control. * Results-oriented mindset. * Effective communication. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise proper administration of payroll incidents. * Manage workplace climate and address employee inquiries. * Recruitment and selection of personnel. * Execute hiring and termination processes. * Training program. * Coordinate uniform distribution and personnel file management. **Benefits** * Competitive salary based on work location. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Grocery vouchers. * Life insurance.
