Communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills. **Data Entry Clerk** **Education:** * **Academic Level:** Completed high school. **Experience:** * 2 years of experience in this position **Job Purpose:** Ensure accurate and timely data entry, as well as manage the operations department's documentary files. **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * **Systems:** Intermediate-level Office (Excel/Word), email, and web navigation. * **Tools:** Use of computer equipment, copier, and printer. * **Regulations:** Basic knowledge of ISO 9001\-2015\. **Main Responsibilities:** * Data entry and generation of inspection report charts. * Filing and management of the operational database. * Information backup and preparation of client-specific summaries. **Soft Skills Competencies:** * Assertive communication and teamwork. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Strong commitment to information confidentiality.
