Opportunity to work in a manufacturing and operations environment. **HUMAGSA is seeking a Customer Order Clerk in Tlalnepantla \- Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **Job Profile:** Customer Order Clerk **Job Objective** Accurately and promptly register, verify, and track customer orders, ensuring captured information is correct to facilitate production, logistics, and delivery. **Main Responsibilities** * Enter orders into the system (type of sheet, dimensions, quantity, specifications). * Verify that order information is complete and accurate. * Track production orders in coordination with sales and production departments. * Update customer and order databases. * Confirm delivery dates with customers or the commercial department. * Identify inconsistencies in orders and report them. * Generate basic order and status reports. * Support customer service for clarifications regarding orders. Requirements * Education: Incomplete or completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. * Experience: 1 year of data entry experience, preferably in sales, logistics, or manufacturing. * Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level); experience using ERP systems or administrative software. * Basic understanding of production processes (preferred in the corrugated packaging industry).
