




Position Summary: We are seeking an Accounting/Administrative Assistant to perform merchandise registration and control, inter-branch transfers, and tracking within accounting systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Computer equipment operation and Microsoft Office suite 2. Recording and controlling merchandise inflows/outflows 3. Data entry and tracking in Microsip system **Offered:** * Biweekly salary of $5,750.00 MXN * Statutory benefits after the training and onboarding period. **Requirements:** * Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration (near graduation). * Experience: Recent graduate or 6 months in similar roles. * Knowledge: Computer equipment operation, Microsoft Office suite * Desired: Accounting systems experience, Microsip or ERP software * Availability to comply with working hours: Monday to Saturday, 10:00–20:00 (including lunch break). **Responsibilities:** * Record merchandise inflows and outflows, control inter-branch transfers, enter and track data in the Microsip system, and perform other tasks assigned by the company director. **Work Location: Centro neighborhood, Oaxaca de Juárez.** Salary: $11,500.00 MXN per month Application Question(s): * What is your residential area and how long would your commute to the work location take? * What is your experience in administrative tasks?
