Position Summary: We are seeking a Local Career Advisor to accompany students and parents through the UDEM admission process, providing personalized attention and administrative support. Your talent can inspire an entire community—we are looking for: **Local Career Advisor** To support students and their families throughout the UDEM undergraduate program admission process, working collaboratively and cross-functionally, using service and personalized attention as essential tools to ensure the best experience for our future students. *Main Responsibilities:* * Provide personalized attention and follow-up during the admission and enrollment process for students applying to UDEM undergraduate programs, including parents seeking information for their children. * Advise on completing the Online Admission Application and related documents, as well as provide support for administrative procedures. * Maintain public relations with principals and coordinators of feeder high schools. * Support the financial aid application process, including online applications and award notifications. * Public speaking skills to deliver informative presentations to prospective students and their parents. * Logistics and organization of events such as: Information sessions, campus visits, guided tours, and dedicated on-site support during events. * Ensure continuous database updates through one-on-one interviews and telephone calls with students and/or their parents. *Academic Background:* Business, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or Systems Engineering degrees *Required Skills:* Proficiency in CRM and banner software. PowerPoint, Excel (pivot tables, database cross-referencing), Word.
