Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Store Manager with expertise in administration, inventory management, and customer service, responsible for sales analysis, financial control, and personnel management. Key Highlights: 1. Manages sales analysis, bank control, and cash management 2. Attends to customers and suppliers, and coordinates the work team 3. Performs payroll calculations and process tracking **STORE MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering in Business Management, or Public Accounting * Age 35 and above **REQUIRED SKILLS** * Administrative knowledge * Inventory management knowledge * Petty cash handling **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Daily sales analysis * Bank and cash control (inflows, outflows, monthly closings) * Customer, supplier, and employee service * Payment scheduling * Personnel follow-up * Process monitoring and follow-up * Payroll calculation * Assignment and support of tasks for the work team **WE OFFER**: * Base salary of $20,000 per month, tax-free * \+ Uncapped commissions * Statutory benefits (social security, vacation, year-end bonus) **WORK SCHEDULE** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM **WORK LOCATION** Saltillo Employment type: Full-time Salary: Starting from $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
