We are strengthening our Contact Center in the B2B channel and seeking candidates passionate about delivering agile, accurate, and quality-focused service to our travel agencies. **Key Responsibilities** * Be a strategic partner to our customers throughout the entire purchase cycle: before, during, and after booking * Resolve inquiries and provide real-time assistance, ensuring agile, clear, and efficient service * Follow up on requests, incidents, and specific requirements * Collaborate with various internal departments to optimize processes and enhance service quality **Requirements** * Minimum 1 year of experience in travel agency support, tourism reservations, or customer service * Intermediate–advanced English (conversational and written) * Proficient computer skills * Availability for rotating shifts between 8 a.m. and midnight, in 8-hour shifts **We Offer** * Monthly net base salary: $12,938\.40 * Food allowance * Grocery support * Monthly performance bonus * Savings fund * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements If you have customer service experience, strong English proficiency, and are seeking a new professional challenge, we invite you to apply and join a solid, dynamic, and continuously growing team.
