Education: High school diploma or technical high school diploma in economics and administration. Competencies and skills: * Advanced use of Office suite. * Knowledge of SAE operating system. * Organization. * Assertive communication. * Responsibility. * Customer orientation. Main responsibilities: * Advise and provide efficient customer service based on processes and products. * Sales prospecting. * Generate quotations, request authorization, and enter orders into the system. * Send samples and catalogs to customers. * Determine product needs based on inventory and demand. * Schedule customer deliveries. * Promote new products and support project development. * Follow up on customer complaints and suggestions.
