Preparation of reports on progress, delays, physical status, and financial status; supervision of construction activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and quality standards; proper documentation and communication with clients and contractors. Responsibilities: Plan, schedule, and execute assigned supervision activities. Verify that project execution complies with applicable regulations and report findings to the coordinator. Prepare and manage the construction logbook, including observations, omissions, or necessary modifications. Supervise material and labor quality jointly with the laboratory. Review and verify technical annexes provided by the client. Maintain updated project drawings and documentation. Prepare supervision reports and report construction progress. Ensure confidentiality and ethical conduct in performing duties. Experience in retail construction projects. Ability to interpret and monitor executive projects.
