




Job Summary: We are seeking a customer service and logistics professional to manage shipments, coordinate operations, maintain accurate records, and support incident resolution. Key Highlights: 1. Provides excellent customer service via telephone, email, and in person. 2. Coordinates operations for on-time deliveries and incident resolution. 3. Supports proactive resolution of customer discrepancies and concerns. **Key Responsibilities:** * Deliver excellent customer service via telephone, email, and in person. * Manage and track shipments, order status, and customer requests. * Coordinate with warehouse, traffic, and operations teams to ensure on-time deliveries and incident resolution. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and logistics transactions. * Prepare reports, shipping documentation, and data entry into ERP systems. * Proactively support resolution of discrepancies, delays, and customer concerns. * Support continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation. **Requirements:** * English/Spanish 85% * Bachelor’s degree required or incomplete * More than 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, and supply chain * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Extensive experience in customer engagement and interaction * High level of organization and attention to detail * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to multitask in dynamic environments * Quick learning ability and adaptability to new systems and processes * Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $20,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Major medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers Experience: * Customer service: 2 years (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
