The Supply Chain Manager oversees the Materials Department, supervising receiving, warehousing, shipping, and local transportation activities while complying with STPS Standard 006 and customer requirements. **EDUCATION REQUIRED:** * Completed Industrial Engineering degree or related field * English proficiency: 90% **EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ATTITUDES:** * \+5 years of experience in a similar position * Extensive experience in harnesses * AS400 or any similar ERP system * MRP, Item Master * Expediting * Lean Manufacturing: JIT: Pull System, Kanban (PFEP), 5S, VSM (Value Stream Mapping) * Use of warehouse equipment * Problem solving: 5W, 8D, Ishikawa, Affinity Diagram, Kaizen * Physical and annual inventories – cyclic counts * ABC classification * Maximum and minimum inventory levels * Expense budget control and generation * Microsoft Office * CPIM\- Six Sigma (Optional) * Teamwork * Effective communication * Leadership **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND AUTHORITY OF THE POSITION:** * Manages expense accounts against the budget * Ensures and monitors system transactions — data integrity * Responsible for inventory accuracy, execution of cyclic counts, as well as planning and preparation of the annual physical inventory * Actively participates in and develops projects aimed at reducing operational expenses in inventory administration and management (Kaizen) * Reviews and coordinates operating system (ERP) configurations related to data integrity * Evaluates local transportation, shipping, and receiving performance according to shipment windows * Develops improvement plans based on KPI results (Dashboard) * Complies with CTPAT & OEA standards * And others * **KEY ACTIVITIES OF THE POSITION'S FUNCTIONS:** * Supervises the correct flow of receiving, location, picking, and delivery to production via the system * Reviews cyclic count results and recommends immediate actions to ensure reliability * Tracks action plans for continuous improvement: inventory loss, efficiency * Manages and adjusts storage capacity for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring personnel safety * Promotes tracking of working process activities, cut audits, setup scrap, manual scrap, Kanban * Monitors discrepancies, performs analysis, and executes timely and accurate perpetual inventory adjustments to the Cost Department * Identifies potential excess or obsolete inventory and ensures timely disposition per Corporate guidelines at least once per year * Ensures personnel operate under safe conditions and have the necessary equipment to perform job-required operations * Validates departmental knowledge and evaluates training needs Employment type: Full-time Salary: $1\.00 \- $2\.00 per day Experience: * Supply chain management: 5 years (Preferred) Work location: On-site employment
