That combination creates an environment where ideas move faster, ownership is real and impact is visible. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Control of Chemicals and Hazardous Waste * Preparation of Risk Assessments (RA) * Investigation of accidents/incidents and coordination of Emergency Response Teams and Safety \& Hygiene Committees * Conduct inspections to identify risks and monitor PPE compliance * Control of requirements for forklifts and drivers * Validate equipment to be used by employees and contractors prior to any high\-risk work * Coordinate EHS activities across different departments * Approval/release of new areas and machinery * Coordinate monthly management review meetings for EHS metrics * Coordinate improvement projects for machinery and equipment * Develop and deliver EHS training programs **QUALIFICATIONS:** * Degree in Industrial, Environmental Engineering, or related field * 3–5 years of experience in EHS supervision * Strong knowledge of legal EHS requirements * Experience in the implementation and follow\-up of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and Clean Industry programs * Strong communication skills * Teamwork * Sense of urgency * Strong coordination skills * English proficiency (80%) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Personnel management * Self\-directed **WHY JOIN US?** * **Grow with purpose**.
