This is a targeted support role focused on working with pupils who require additional help to close gaps in their learning, particularly at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4\. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong Maths background who is passionate about helping students build confidence and improve their outcomes. Key Responsibilities Delivering small group and 1:1 Maths intervention sessions to support students who are working below expected levels. Supporting pupils in developing core numeracy skills and preparing for GCSE exams. Working closely with the Maths department to identify gaps in learning and tailor intervention strategies. Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching staff. Supporting students within lessons where required to reinforce learning. What We re Looking For A strong background in Maths (A\-Level, degree, or relevant experience). Experience working with young people, ideally within a school or tutoring setting. The ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt approaches to suit different learners. A patient, supportive, and encouraging approach. Strong communication and organisational skills.
