Job Summary: This role involves real-time monitoring of GPS units, verifying routes and geofences, detecting deviations, and coordinating security protocols and remote lockdowns. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real-time monitoring of units via GPS platform. 2. Activation of security protocols in response to risk events. 3. Coordination of remote unit lockdown. * Real-time monitoring of units via GPS platform. * Verification of compliance with authorized routes and geofences. * Detection and reporting of route deviations, unauthorized stops, and signal loss. * Activation of security protocols in response to risk events. * Immediate communication with operators upon any anomaly. * Escalation of incidents to the Security Manager and relevant authorities. * Coordination of remote unit lockdown. * Preparation of detailed incident reports and logs.
