This is your chance to join one of the most important companies in the market, offering top-tier benefits. **OPERATIONAL RECRUITER FOR DISTRIBUTION CENTERS WITH SALES EXPERIENCE** Objective: Maintain staffing targets aligned with project requirements and provide specialized advisory services to interested partners. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed bachelor's degree. * Knowledge of the field (Operational Recruitment, Field Recruitment) * Strong verbal communication skills. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Experience in recruitment for distribution centers, preferably. * Experience with operational profiles: delivery driver-salesperson, delivery assistant, production operators. * Interview management skills. * Recruitment strategies: job posting, flyer distribution, field recruitment. * Proficiency in recruitment platforms and social media. * Desired sales experience (customer prospecting, strong verbal communication) Work location: Poza Rica, Veracruz (Poza Rica \- Cazones Highway Km. 46\), next to OXXO and Lala. **BENEFITS:** * Direct employment contract with the company. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. * Base salary of $12,000 (plus an additional 20% attendance and punctuality bonus) * Uncapped commissions based on performance objectives. * Food vouchers amounting to 13% of salary. * Savings fund contribution of 10%. * Year-end bonus equivalent to 37 days' salary. * Vacation premium of 90%. * Savings box. * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance.
