To achieve this, we need the best people in the world. **About the Role:** * We seek a candidate with a continuous improvement mindset and passion for our products. * This person will process spirits, performing various unit operations involved in preparing tequilas across different categories. * This person will execute preparation procedures, complying with product quality specifications and standards, applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), using personal protective equipment (PPE), and aligning with current Diageo regulations, codes, and policies. **About the Responsibilities:** * Responsible for executing preparation procedures for tequilas across different categories. * Responsible for executing the product preparation plan to deliver tequila to bottling and aging departments. * Responsible for carrying out loading and unloading operations for tequila bulk shipments. * Responsible for carrying out tequila blending operations according to specifications. * Responsible for operating ambient-temperature and cold filtration processes, as well as controlling dilution, aeration, and transfer processes for tequila—always ensuring product protection. * Responsible for collecting samples to verify physicochemical and sensory specifications, and for maintaining records and logs to ensure proper traceability of products and processes. **Required Competencies:** * Technical High School Diploma or Completed High School; Incomplete Engineering Degree. * Essential experience handling valves, pumps, and tanks. * Desirable knowledge of tequila production processes or the food industry. * Knowledge of GMPs, ISO/HACCP standards, and Industrial Safety & Hygiene. * Competencies and skills: communication, collaborative work, organization, and analysis. * **IMPORTANT:** On-site availability in the Santa Lucía, Tesistán area is required.
