




Job Summary: Responsible for the execution and delivery of features, resolving technical dependencies, coordinating with leaders, and supporting team well-being and training. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and collaboration with other leaders **Experience:** * At least 4 years in a leadership role * Experience with Front-end technologies (JavaScript), SQL stored procedures, and Edify **Activities/Responsibilities:** * Responsible for feature execution and delivery * Resolves internal or external technical dependencies during feature design/execution * Confirms/updates target release dates * Works with practice leaders to understand practices and helps the feature team implement them * Serves as the voice of the feature team from an IT perspective * Actively supports team well-being by fostering an environment of trust, openness, and safe experimentation * Trains and coaches the team on proper understanding of technical practices, enabling them to identify how to maximize value from their work * Actively participates in coordination with other project team leaders (TLs) to develop a cohesive execution strategy and maximize collaboration * Adheres to development and corporate processes, as well as standard practices (using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) * Impediments * The technical leader must support the team in resolving technical impediments to avoid or reduce impact on team commitments. They must also ensure technical impediments are logged in Jira. * He/she will lead conversations with external/internal teams to resolve impediments and determine whether managerial support is needed based on team objectives.
