Production Planner

Description

Job Summary: Coordinate and manage production planning, inventory, and deliveries to ensure customer satisfaction and goal achievement. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end supply chain and production operations management. 2. Direct interaction with customers to ensure on-time delivery and service. 3. Opportunity to coordinate new product launches and engineering changes. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure production planning aligns with target goals. * Maintain contact with customers to confirm shipment dates and all related customer service matters. * Manage finished goods inventory levels. * Coordinate finished goods shipments to ensure on-time deliveries and eliminate late orders. * Monitor on-time delivery of raw materials and components related to production line supply. * Coordinate Engineering Changes and new product introductions. * Organize and participate in Business Unit meetings to achieve goal attainment. **Skills and Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration, Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering). * Bilingual (English proficiency: 80%), 3 years of experience in this role. * Experience with material systems such as AS400 (preferred), MRP, ERP. * Experience in planning and inventory management. * Proficiency in computer software packages. * General administration skills.
