Labor Relations Technician

Position Summary: Responsible for supply chain logistics to ensure on-time deliveries, communication quality and service, and resolution of critical situations with suppliers. Key Highlights: 1. Negotiation with carriers and suppliers for critical situations 2. Constant communication and follow-up with production control 3. Negotiation ability and problem analysis - Reports to the Materials Manager to coordinate supplier \- plant \- finished goods warehouse logistics and exceed expectations in delivery, communication quality, and service. **ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITY** * Receive requests to add or reduce finished goods (FG) and/or raw material (RM) routes and ensure sufficient shipments to transport production * Negotiate with carriers and suppliers / warehouses to resolve critical situations * Support PC in managing premium outbound resources * Ensure material supply traffic remains uninterrupted * Support PC in optimizing regular time windows to enhance customer support and plant flexibility. * Constant communication and follow-up with production control and ordering * Constant communication and follow-up with production control and ordering**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION** * Ability to work under pressure * Proficiency in Office software packages * Completed degree * Clear and precise communication skills * Negotiation ability * Problem analysis and solution generation * + English language proficiency (70%)Privacy Notice \- Active Candidates: https://www.aptiv.com/privacy\-notice\-active\-candidates Aptiv is an equal employment opportunity employer.
