DESCRIPTION EOSOL is seeking a Construction Supervisor with experience in hotel projects, responsible for supervising the final phase of a comprehensive hotel renovation, ensuring proper technical and documentation closeout—including commissioning processes, punch lists, and final handover of works. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Supervise final construction and installation works within the hotel renovation project. * Coordinate and track punch lists for project closeout. * Accompany and supervise functional testing of major hotel equipment. * Support commissioning and start-up activities for installations. * Coordinate with contractors to rectify items identified during project closeout. * Prepare and consolidate project closeout dossiers and technical documentation. * Track documentation packages for contract closeout and final delivery to the client. * Verify that systems and installations comply with project technical specifications and standards. * Coordinate with technical departments to ensure proper operational handover of the hotel. REQUIREMENTS **Requirements** -------------- * Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Electromechanical Engineering degree. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction supervision. * Mandatory experience in hotel projects (construction or renovation). * Knowledge of electromechanical installations and building systems. * Experience in commissioning, equipment testing, and system start-up. * Experience in construction closeout processes and project delivery. * Familiarity with punch lists and tracking of corrective actions. * Ability to manage technical documentation and construction closeout packages. **Competencies** ---------------- * Coordination of teams and contractors * Technical and documentation tracking * Organization and management of outstanding items * Communication with clients and suppliers * Results-oriented mindset and project closeout focus
