Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service professional to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and develop customer loyalty strategies—including social media management and in-person support. Opportunities for career and professional growth Distributor 209 is looking for your talent as **CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:** * Respond to and follow up on customer calls and messages to resolve questions, concerns, or incidents related to our products and services. * Practice active listening and promptly and effectively resolve customer problems and questions. * Share general product information with customers and track orders. * Record and manage information regarding customer complaints and incidents. * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys to improve service quality. * Develop customer loyalty strategies. * Manage the company’s social media accounts, including planning and scheduling content. * Receive and assist customers visiting the premises. * Prepare reports. * Prepare quotations. * Handle cash transactions. **We Offer:** * Salary: $2,500,000.00 (weekly payment) * Food vouchers * Statutory benefits * Job stability * Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM * Career and professional growth * Sundays off **Requirements:** * Excellent oral and written communication skills.
