At Dylsa Proyectos, we seek a **License Coordinator** responsible for initiating and tracking government procedures—primarily operating licenses, land-use permits, notifications, favorable opinions, and other permits necessary for our clients’ operations. The candidate will be responsible for compiling files, submitting procedures, tracking processes, and maintaining direct communication with authorities and clients. Main Responsibilities * Submission and tracking of operating license procedures. * Management of land-use permits, opening notifications, and permits before relevant government agencies. * Compilation, review, and control of files. * Visits to government agencies and municipal offices. * Collection and delivery of documentation with clients. * Updating databases and tracking the status of procedures. * Scheduling appointments and follow-up until license issuance. Requirements * Completed high school diploma or technical degree. * Minimum 1 year of experience in license coordination or government procedures. * Knowledge of procedures at Mexico City municipal offices and State of Mexico government agencies (desirable), as well as other states. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Strong verbal communication and client interaction skills. * Ability to organize and track multiple procedures simultaneously. * Willingness to perform fieldwork.
