Job Summary: Totalplay is seeking a Field Collection Agent responsible for collections, recording collection activities, and negotiating with customers. Key Highlights: 1. Bonus for recovered accounts and performance Totalplay is a Mexican telecommunications company under Grupo Salinas, a leader in the TELECOMMUNICATIONS industry, committed to labor equality and non-discrimination; we invite you to join our team as: **FIELD COLLECTION AGENT** **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct field collections for assigned accounts * Complete physical or electronic forms in the collection system to record outcomes of collection activities * Negotiate with customers by offering payment alternatives **Position Requirements:** * Education: Completed high school diploma * Experience handling motorcycles (Motorcycle driver's license, Class M) * Service-oriented attitude and negotiation skills * Familiarity with the García area **Employment Offer:** * Base gross salary (paid biweekly) * Bonus for recovered accounts * Performance bonus * Statutory benefits (15-day Christmas bonus, 25% vacation premium, and vacation days per the Federal Labor Law) * Grupo Salinas employee benefits **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (one rotating day off)
