Experience in customer service or sales Banco Azteca Ciudad Hidalgo is hiring FIELD COLLECTIONS OFFICERS Requirements: * Valid motorcycle driver's license * Ability to operate a standard motorcycle * Completed secondary education * Flexible availability * Strong verbal communication skills * Experience in customer service or sales of any kind Responsibilities: As a Field Collections Officer, you are responsible for validating the data of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers during their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers.
