Job Summary: We are seeking a Collections Manager responsible for administering, supervising, and managing collection requests, ensuring monthly reporting and client visits. Key Highlights: 1. Responsibilities: * Administer collection requests according to customer needs. * Supervise administration of collection requests and credit notes. * Manage proper application of collections to corresponding customer balances. * Ensure reporting by the Collections Manager department issued at month-end by the company. * Conduct client visits regarding collections, per the commercial department's plan. * Be responsible for the collections department and its assigned activities.
