




Position Summary: Coordinator of administrative procedures and civil protection, focused on municipal license applications and documentation, including supervision of external managers. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of external managers in Civil Protection 2. License management before SEDUVI, CDMX MUNICIPALITY, and STATE OF MEXICO 3. Strong oral and written communication skills, organized and professional Company dedicated to permit management and Civil Protection in the United Mexican States. **Position Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Administration, Architecture, or Engineering. Full-time schedule from 9 AM to 6 PM, with availability to travel within CDMX and the Metropolitan Zone, and a valid driver's license. **Position Responsibilities:** Administrative procedures and Civil Protection, permits and licenses, Coordinating external managers in Civil Protection matters, Collecting, compiling, and submitting required documentation depending on the type of license being processed, identifying each municipality’s specific requirements, Experience handling procedures before SEDUVI, CDMX MUNICIPALITY, and STATE OF MEXICO, Managing payment of fees and tracking recovery of issued receipts, Processing Signage Licenses, Operating Licenses, and Construction Licenses. Observational ability, communication skills, teamwork capability, computer proficiency, fluency in oral and written language and interpretation, knowledge of blueprints, ethical and moral integrity, professionalism, service orientation, commitment attitude, and organizational skills.
