Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring proper control, receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials while complying with internal processes, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery timelines. Implement continuous improvements in logistics processes Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, ensuring accurate control, receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and products, guaranteeing compliance with internal processes, quality standards, safety regulations, and delivery timelines established by the company. Main Responsibilities • Supervise daily warehouse activities. • Coordinate receipt, placement, safeguarding, and picking of materials and products. • Verify compliance with purchase orders, production orders, and customer deliveries. • Maintain physical and system inventory accuracy and control. • Coordinate cyclic inventories and internal audits. • Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage standards. • Supervise and evaluate warehouse staff performance. • Implement continuous improvements in logistics and storage processes. • Coordinate general warehouse maintenance and organization. • Report incidents, deviations, and operational needs to management. Knowledge • Inventory control. • Warehouse and logistics processes. • Industrial safety and hygiene.
