MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: - Receive and deliver documentation among the agency's various business units. - Assist with check collection and deposit. - Carry out vehicle and administrative procedures. - Purchase supplies and stationery materials for the agency. - Receive new vehicles from the plant and inspect them to ensure excellent condition. - Activate vehicles to verify proper functionality. - Perform local transfers of new and used vehicles. - Move vehicles between warehouse, agency, and sales points. - Verify expenses arising from vehicle transfers. - Support the pre-test supervisor to keep vehicles ready for test drives. - Conduct inventory of vehicle accessories and tools.
