Join Iris Galerie’s artistic revolution and transform eyes into works of art! **What are we looking for?** A Gallery Manager who serves as our Customer Experience Ambassador—driving operational excellence and leading growth. Designing memorable initiatives that strengthen customers’ emotional connection with their artworks. **As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include:** * Ensuring our unique customer experience: from iris imaging to delivery of the finished artwork. * Selling and advising our customers: we offer an exciting purchasing experience. * Processing and tracking customer orders. * Creating reports and action plans: your feedback is highly valued! * Managing inventory. * Ensuring financial performance through regular reporting and developing strategies that balance sustainable growth with profitability, securing long-term viability. * Overseeing image tool management, keeping us at the forefront of visual creativity by integrating our technological innovations into the worlds of art and photography. **Your profile:** * Bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or humanities. * Proven experience of at least 8 years in team management, customer service, and store-level responsibility within the retail sector. * Collaborative spirit and results orientation. * Commercial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and dynamism. * Ability to anticipate customer needs and deliver the best possible experience. **Additional knowledge:** Essential fluency in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
