We have 15 years of experience in this field and operate across multiple states of the Republic. · Experience in management, supervision, and administration of hotel projects. · VIA PROJECT MANAGEMENT is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience in the construction industry, specifically in hospitality and vertical housing projects. · Position Objective: Effectively manage project construction, ensuring progress is achieved on time, within agreed quality standards and budget, using the company's proprietary project management methodology. · Responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to the construction schedule and deliverables. - Lead kickoff, progress tracking, and status meetings with clients and contractors. - Develop and manage a team of collaborators. - Optimize processes and outcomes. · Requirements: - Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality and vertical housing projects. - Knowledge and experience using the BIM system. - Knowledge and application of Lean Construction. - Project management certification (PMI) is preferred. - Proficiency in cost estimation, unit pricing, and cost generators. · If you believe you possess the skills and experience required for this role, we invite you to apply.
