Junior Design and Development Engineer Work Location: Imperquimia Plant If you are... A graduate or intern in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, Chemistry, or Materials Engineering and Engineering. This role is for you! You will conduct advanced experiments to develop construction industry products meeting market requirements and promptly resolve various technical problems. Responsibilities: Conduct complex tests and experiments related to chemistry and chemical engineering, perform complex technical operations, or carry out complex information searches/project analyses; optimize and interpret methodologies and analyses; and suggest alternative tests, experiments, or approaches (paints area). Identify erroneous or unexpected results, interpret and analyze outcomes, and provide recommendations based on your analysis and conclusions. Interpret and analyze results, recommend next steps, and contribute to the formulation of work plans and daily workflow management. Basic knowledge required (mandatory): Color system. Use of color-matching equipment. Formulation (basic). Regulatory compliance. Laboratory equipment operation.
