Position Summary: We are seeking an IT Analyst to contribute to the operation and continuous improvement of technological services, ensuring the proper functioning of infrastructure, systems, and support for internal users. Key Highlights: 1. Support and assistance to internal users regarding infrastructure and systems 2. Incident tracking and maintenance of technological platforms 3. Support for technological improvement projects and coordination with vendors At Parks Industrial, we are seeking an IT Analyst to contribute to the organization’s technological service operations and continuous improvement, ensuring the proper functioning of infrastructure, systems, and support for internal users. This position will participate in gathering technological requirements, project tracking, and operational administration of platforms and vendors. Main Responsibilities: Provide support and assistance to internal users on infrastructure and systems matters. Track incidents, requirements, and maintenance of technological platforms. Support the implementation and tracking of technological improvement projects. Coordinate with vendors on operational and service-related matters. Generate reports, controls, and documentation for the IT department. Collaborate with various corporate departments to ensure operational continuity. Support matters related to information security and compliance with internal policies. Required Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in IT support, infrastructure, or administration. Intermediate knowledge of networks, systems, technical support, and ticket management. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools and corporate platforms. Analytical ability, organizational skills, attention to detail, and service orientation. Corporate and operational environment experience is desirable.
