Join our team! **Position Mission** Design, administer, and monitor the organization’s variable compensation schemes, ensuring their proper implementation, alignment with business strategy, and regulatory compliance, with the objective of incentivizing performance, guaranteeing internal equity, and contributing to the achievement of organizational results. **Job Description** **Responsibilities:** * Calculate operational variable compensation schemes and commissions. * Prepare operational pay tables. * Analyze complex databases and present results (headcount, payroll, salaries, sales, objective attainment). * Generate compensation reports for \+15,000 employees. * Design, propose, and monitor variable compensation schemes. * Review payroll incidents and operational performance indicators. * Authorize salary adjustments. * Propose and lead compensation projects focused on Continuous Improvement, Audits, etc. **Profile** * Experience: 1 year in compensation or payroll functions. * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Actuarial Science, or Industrial Engineering. * Tools: Advanced Excel.
