Key role in regulatory compliance with government agencies A leading company in the Air Conditioning industry is seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES ANALYST to perform execution and control of administrative, human resources, and regulatory compliance processes (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT), ensuring the company's proper daily operations: MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES IMSS / INFONAVIT Control and monitoring of SIROC (registrations, bi-monthly reports) Management of personnel movements: registrations, terminations, modifications (IDSE) Suspensions, extensions, and cancellations of construction projects Control of ICSOE and SISUB Compilation and submission of documentation to construction projects Monitoring of IMSS closure procedures BASIC ACCOUNTING / COMPLIANCE Support in filing ISN declarations Downloading compliance opinions (IMSS, SAT, INFONAVIT) Review of EFOS/EDOS alerts HUMAN RESOURCES Assisting employees Preparing settlement documents (finiquitos) Supporting termination and negotiation processes Posting job vacancies and screening candidates Tracking weekly attendance incidents Supporting payroll preparation, calculation, and electronic stamping (timbrado) System registrations and terminations Requirements: - Technical degree or bachelor's degree (administration, accounting, or related field) - Minimum 1 year of experience as a Human Resources Analyst (or similar positions) - Mandatory knowledge of: IMSS (IDSE, SIROC preferred) Payroll (attendance incidents, settlement documents) - Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate) - Experience with CONTPAQi / NOMIPA (highly preferred) - Organized, responsible, and solution-oriented individual WE OFFER: - Net monthly salary of $3,500.00 MXN per week (weekly payment every Monday) - Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays remote (Home Office) from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM - Statutory benefits - Job stability - Learning in administrative, tax, and HR areas. -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education - Bachelor's degree 1 year of experience Keywords: analyst, resources, human
