PROSIC is a proudly Mexican company with over 29 years of experience in renting and selling lifting, material handling, and power equipment for construction. We are looking for a Training and Organizational Development Analyst to join our team at PROMOTORA DE SERVICIOS INTEGRALES PARA LA CONSTRUCCION. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs for staff, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. Your responsiveness and training capabilities will be essential to enhance team competencies and foster a continuous learning environment. You will collaborate closely with team leaders to identify training needs and design training and development programs. Additionally, your organizational development expertise will enable you to contribute to our employees’ professional growth and strengthen corporate culture. Minimum requirements include a solid background in human resources or related fields, proven experience in planning and executing training programs, and in-depth knowledge of best practices in organizational development, as well as STPS-related processes.
