The selected candidate will work in a dynamic and collaborative construction environment. We need a person with technical and supervisory skills to guarantee construction quality and progress. The ideal candidate must have experience in AutoCAD for civil engineering designs and drawings, quantity surveying, and preferably prior experience working on public works projects as a supervisor. Honesty and analytical thinking are fundamental values for this role. The ability to analyze data and processes to improve efficiency and quality is essential. In addition, the candidate must demonstrate critical thinking to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions. This is an on-site position; therefore, it is important that the candidate can regularly attend the construction site.
