Job Summary: We are seeking a Civil or Industrial Engineer with field experience to supervise and control metallomechanical and civil projects, managing activities and reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: -Civil Engineer or Industrial Engineer (degree preferred). -Minimum 3 years of field experience. -Knowledge of metallomechanical and civil construction. -Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel. -Capability to supervise, control, and monitor on-site activities. -Residence in Coatzacoalcos, Veracruz, or nearby areas (mandatory) Main Responsibilities: -Prepare weekly progress reports with photographic evidence, verifying physical progress. -Manage area release and documentation (drawings and technical documents). -Reside on-site for direct client contact, issue resolution, and follow-up on requests. -Prepare construction estimates, generators, and photographic reports. -Manage client billing for estimates. -Conduct weekly financial reconciliations (production vs. investment). -Maintain records of surveys, quantity take-offs, and material requisitions. -Supervise metallomechanical work, blacksmithing, and other project-related activities.
