Main Responsibilities Integrate and track the office's general incident report. Manage supplier invoices. Manage staff attendance. Serve as front desk and act as the welcoming face of the company. Maintain the meeting schedule. Provide initial information to clients and route them to the appropriate department. External relations: Clients and suppliers. Requirements Customer service and administrative coordination experience; real estate experience is preferred.
