Position Objective Lead the construction department’s operations to ensure execution with planning, control, coordination, and monitoring—through effective management of field teams, costs, procurement, and project progress. This position carries real autonomy to make decisions and implement tools, systems, and working methods that enhance departmental performance. Important: An operational framework is already in place, with implemented improvements. The purpose of this role is not to start from scratch, but rather to strengthen, standardize, and elevate the construction department’s operational system—ensuring greater order, improved planning, and more consistent execution aligned with the company’s growth. Responsibilities • Lead the construction department and supervise: o 2 supervisors/residents o 2 site managers o 1 cost and budget analyst • Ensure each project has and complies with: o Construction schedule (creation, updating, and tracking) o Cost control and variance analysis o Procurement schedule and timely material supply o Hiring and administration of labor • Client liaison and communication during execution. • Review and ensure submission of progress and status reports. • Identify risks, anticipate problems, and execute corrective action plans. • Manage vehicle usage/assignment according to operational needs. Required Profile • Architect or Civil Engineer. • Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction administration and execution, with proven leadership of teams and operational control. • Practical mastery of planning, cost control, material scheduling, and construction progress tracking. • Ability to implement effective control tools and routines. • Experience using management tools such as ClickUp or similar platforms is desirable.
